The Nancy Wright Team has been in business and a top producing Real Estate Team since 2004. Their Team consists of Rick Turner, who shows a vast variety of skills in the Real Estate Industry and leads the team towards its full skilled potential. Rory Charlton, Sales Representative since 2016 with Royal LePage Team Realty and has recently joined the Wright Team based on her high level of service and professionalism. Nancy Wright, Team Leader, who holds great rapport with all clientele, competitive Real Estate Service(s) and skilled in achieving the best possible outcome for all buyer and seller transactions. 

This Team is now expanding! The Nancy Wright Team is looking for a motivated young professional looking to grow with the Team. The Administrative Assistant is a full-time position, hours from 8:30 - 4:30 PM at the Kanata Royal LePage Team Office on Hazeldean Road. 

Position and Duties: 

- Upload Trades to GD & NeXone (Paperless Record System)

- Add Clients to Customer Service Management System (Buffini) 

- Add Clients to Movesnap (Client Organization System for their big move)

- Enter Listings on Website & MLS

- Do Feature Sheets for New Listings 

- Send Trades to Lawyers & Clients

- Arrange Closing Gifts

- Arrange Pop-By Gifts

- Reminders for Upcoming Closings 

- Reminders for Upcoming Anniversary Sales Dates

- Write Cards for Anniversaries 

- Just Listed and Sold Cards

- Social Media Marketing (ripl)

- Book Photography and Inspections for Properties Listed with the Wright Team 

- Writing Up Listing Paperwork

- Writing Up Buyer Paperwork

- Assigning Documents to Clients

- Write and Send Letters to Streets when Sold

- Power Cards

- Booking Appointments 

- Keeping the Team Accountable and well Organized 

Required: 

- Diploma (College/University) in Law Administration and or Business Administration and Marketing 

- 5+ Years of Experience in an Office Environment and or Client Service Environment 

- G License and Vehicle 

- Displays enthusiasm, integrity and clear communication 

*Real Estate Experience is not required, though is considered an added asset*
